RAD-140 (Testolone) for Sale at Chemyo
This is the Chemyo research reference for Testolone RAD-140: what the compound is, its molecular identity, the formats in stock and the published batch testing. RAD-140 is supplied for research use only; nothing on this page is dosing, administration or clinical guidance.
What is RAD-140?
RAD-140, known as Testolone, is a non-steroidal selective androgen receptor modulator discovered by Radius Health. In preclinical work it behaved as a tissue-selective androgen receptor agonist, with anabolic activity in muscle and bone and comparatively limited effect on the prostate in rodent and primate models.
Its first clinical investigation was not in muscle research but in oncology: a phase 1 study examined RAD-140 in women with androgen-receptor-positive, oestrogen-receptor-positive metastatic breast cancer. RAD-140 is not an approved medicine and is listed by WADA as a prohibited substance, so it is relevant only as a laboratory research tool.

Reports are listed by batch number in the Chemyo lab reports library, and our quality control process explains each step. To check a certificate yourself, see how to read a SARM COA.
RAD-140 FAQ
Is Testolone the same as RAD-140?
Yes. Testolone is the common name for RAD-140 (CAS 118237-47-0); RAD140 and RAD 140 are spelling variants of the same code.
Who developed RAD-140?
RAD-140 was discovered by Radius Health, which published its preclinical pharmacology and later studied it in breast cancer research.
What is the difference between RAD-140 and RAD-150?
RAD-150 (TLB-150) is described as a benzoate ester of RAD-140. The ester changes its physical properties; the literature on RAD-150 is much thinner than on RAD-140.
Which RAD-140 formats are available?
Chemyo stocks a 10 mg/ml RAD-140 solution in 50 ml, a 1 g Testolone powder and a RAD-140 + MK-677 value pack, each with batch FTIR and HPLC reports.
